Hahahaha... I'm reading a couple later volumes of Bleach, and I noticed something that I couldn't talk to anyone else about without causing major spoilers...
I just noticed that the hilt guard (?) of Ichigo's bankai sword is in the shape of a left-facing swastika. Innnnntttteeeerrrreeeesssstttttiiiinnngggggg. I'm one of those people who believes in the symbol at it's origial roots, NOT for what the Nazis made of it and what they stood for... Bleach looks to be, so far, aside from it's ridiculously long story arcs and typical shounen elements (ie: shirts fall apart all the time, but pants - never!) a remarkably well-thought-out series.
Assuming the swastika is a purposeful inclusion of a thoughtful idea...
