Her skirt has enough layers that I anticipate no visible hoop lines; there are at LEAST three full layers to that skirt so it's not going to look like a cheap piece of shit. I found a three-hoop version (http://www.ebay.com/itm/3-HOOP-FLOWER-GIRL-BRIDAL-WEDDING-GOWN-PETTICOAT-SLIP-UNDERSKIRT-CRINOLINE-SKIRT-/380681189802?pt=Girls_Wedding_Apparel&hash=item58a25df9aa), and I may go for that, and then try to MacGyver it into SUPER CUPCAKE. Even if I don't succeed, though, three hoops ought to provide a substantial amount of support and the tulle can further mitigate hoop lines. I'm thinking lots and lots and LOTS of tulle, closely gathered together?
