I googled after posting and found a guide that included a "print this off and put it on a wall or hold it about 14" from your face". The smallest line was for a +1.00, which I could read just fine. I definitely have no issues with other handwork stuff or reading lol. Every result included a sentence for "talk to an optometrist" so I will keep that for the next appointment!
