My poor LJ flist has had to put up with me railing about Avatar for the last couple of weeks. All I really knew about it before was the episode I saw at my mum's house a couple years back, and that the Zutara shippers seemed to be the nutter Harmonians of the series. (I lurked on F_W during the finale. Oh, silly non-canon shippers, I thought, get your heads out of your arses. Well, that was before I watched it, 'cuz I totes ship Zutara now.)

Anywho, I plowed my way through all three seasons, finishing the episodes last night. I was going to copypasta my ramblings from there to here, but all I really rambled about was name pronounciations and how much Toph freaking rocks. All in all, I really enjoyed it. The Iroh part of "Tales of Ba Sing Se" made me cry (srsly), I LOVED the final two episodes in terms of fight scenes and music, and the final music at the end of 321 as the credits played was just beautiful.

I can has cosplay plans, oh yes I can. You should see the sketches I made for Suki. I'm even planning "real" armour, not just a tunic-y thing.
