I don't really have any plans for what to do this year. I'll keep plugging away at the things that are WIP, start whatever I feel like doing. That sounds like a task for later me.
Sewing
- Red silk Regency gown - WIP since before the flood! I finally put the sleeves on, but I need to remove them and do it again. They are just not in the right spot.
- Georgina cap - test sew for Virgil's Fine Goods. Adorbs.
- Brain hat - finally settled on the project for the hat blank I bought at CoCo '17. I may want to move the brim decoration and I have plans to add MORE, based on a fashion plate.
- 16th century German hemd with smocking (WIP)
- Deer & Doe Orchidee dress
- True Bias Lora dress
- Helen's Closet Orchard tank
- Chalk & Notch Shay dress
- "Wilder" Gown inspired by Friday Pattern Company's Wilder gown, made with a vintage mail order pattern
- Friday Pattern Company Sagebrush top
- Friday Pattern Company Davenport dress
- Friday Pattern Company Patina blouse (first make in the new place!)
- Scroop Patterns Ettie petticoat - notable especially because I am sewing this on the treadle.
- Emerald Erin Black Beauty bra #1
- Emerald Erin Black Beauty bra #2
- Emerald Erin Jordy bralette
Knitting
- Breathe and Hope shawl
- Yellow Socks
- Blue socks (which I apparently started on March 31 and finished on December 31. There is no earthly reason it should have taken that long, except that I did not enjoy the pattern!)
- Starting Point shawl
- Ziggy shawl (WIP, but I did the bulk of the knitting and there's only that last lace section and bind off to complete)
- Summer Confetti top (WIP; I think I have to frog and restart this and I'm not happy about it)
- Autumn in Garrison hat
- Aurora headband
- Cloudburst mitts
- Fingerless mitts (promptly lost on the bus)
