(no subject)

I'm feeling really eager to get started on the spencer vest. Like, really eager. This is, the past few years have taught me, historically the last weekend for about 2 weeks in which I will have the energy and motivation to be productive, before the sucking black hole of depression captures me in its gravity well. I will probably go for the blue or green velvet/een. They're already out and I don't hate them lol.

This morning I woke up early so I took a few minutes to get a batch of beans started in the slow cooker. I've been wanting to make chili and I also have the means to make quesadillas and the beans/coleslaw sandwich mix, so I really needed beans! I haven't bought canned beans since I ran out, wanting to make dried ones in the slow cooker. Finally have done it.

I decided to have lunch at home today so I could check on the cooker while there. My cat will be happy to see me, I think :) if I have time, I will poke at the Spencer too!
