*blows dust off* Well hi there DW. It's been awhile. I finally decided to back up my LJ here, Just In Case (tm) and will make more of an effort to post! Last year was really rough, as it was for many, many, many people ('rough' doesn't begin to cover it, in some cases). Last year I barely sewed anything, spent so much time fighting with my brainweasels, tried to make sense of my life... This year I want to be optimistic. I want to create, all of the things that got pushed aside last year and in the past, and I want to hold onto that optimism with both hands. This year is going to be Very Interesting in many, varied ways, and I want to look it in the face and say "I tried".
