I skipped dance class tonight to stay home and sew. Im going to miss the next two weeks too (panic-packing and the same day i get back. Nope!) I did, however, make good progress these past 2 nights.

• buttonholes and buttons on waistcoat
  
• sleeve fluffles on sacque (3)
  
• ribbons for sacque
  
• closures galore!!! (hook and eye or bar on 3 pieces)
  
• buttons on redingote
  
• hem on redingote
  
• finish stays these still need eyelets for the straps, but close enough!
• put darts into bodice
  
• make skirt (hem, cartridge pleat)
  
• attach skirt to bodice
  
• put ties on pocket hoops
  
• shorten sleeves on wholly inappropriate shift
  
• low priority: sleeves for italian gown
  
• Somehow make 3 or 4 more caps
  
• shorten quilted petticoat a bit

The waistcoat buttons are coming to work tomorrow, and my skirt is comung to my friend's game night for stitching. I wanted to do a machine blind hem but it was carching both too much and not enough.

Slowly but surely...
