totchipandaDress= pretty much done :D It looks like I only needed to add inches at the lower waist area? I pretty much have to take it in from there up, all of the fabric I added in the first place. Huh.
I had a lovely evening with Twilight, a hot water bottle, and handsewing the hem XD I was gonna cheat and use the machine, but there's no other visible machine stitching EXCEPT for the zipper, I kinda felt like it would ruin the whole look. I still have to attach hook and eye, and fix the fitting, obv. In the end, I have a really cute summer dress that looks good with and without a petticoat. And funnily enough, I get the best silhouette with my loli petti.
And now it's thundering and starting to rain :)
