Her skirt has enough layers that I anticipate no visible hoop lines; there are at LEAST three full layers to that skirt so it's not going to look like a cheap piece of shit. Even if I don't succeed, though, three hoops ought to provide a substantial amount of support and the tulle can further mitigate hoop lines. I'm thinking lots and lots and LOTS of tulle, closely gathered together?
