totchipandaIt totally didn't occur to me to take before pictures of the mock-ups so I could remember what those looked like before I made changes too... Oops.
I started working on a hand-sewn robe anglaise the other day. Today I stitched up the collar of my chemisette (even though I kind of liked the fuzzy look the ripped edge had), and I made 5 jars of pickles! Today was the first day since the onset of the plague that I was actually interested in eating solid food :D I told my coworker I felt "weird" this morning, but a good kind of weird. Like, the kind of weird where I felt like I might actually be a human being and not a germ vessel. And I had a brilliant thought for my next few HSF challenges.
AND. My brother is a sweetheart. We spent some time in a computer parts store today where I found a tiny Bluetooth keyboard. I've been thinking about getting one so I could write on my phone without using the touchscreen. The longer we stayed there, the more I was tempted to buy it. This is the kind of store where the sales line doesn't move fast by any experience I've ever had. So he bought it for me. I shall have to do something nice for him :) It's so tiny! I can't wait to try it out tomorrow!
