totchipandaYesterday ended up being not the best day, really. I realized this morning that my XBox live password was the same as my hotmail password, which has now changed because I reset it (really now, it was 12 years old, more than past time to have done so), so that was a bigger headache than I needed to give myself. As for Shomi, I also needed to log in, sign out, and re-authorize the app with a different code which is done through their website, so that was also a bigger headache than necessary!
I did get my jacket pieces cut out and mostly sewn together, right up to the point of putting in the pleats, which I did by pinning on myself for the first time ever. I don't know if it was because I didn't do my corset up properly or that this was an issue in every dress before that I never paid attention to, but my armholes need to be deeper in front, and also I need to drop the neckline just a bit too (which seems odd because I already took out 2" through the chest -- how high was the neckline before?!). I got that far, and then I made dinner and decided to call it a night. I threw my back out the other day, and while I did see my chiro and it was getting better, on Saturday night I sneezed and it twinged pretty hard, so I spent a lot of yesterday in a moderate amount of pain. But there's nothing I can do about it until Tuesday at the earliest. So after dinner I lay down on the couch to watch the rest of the movie I was watching, and then switched to Murder Maps on Netflix because Guido was lying on me.
Today I don't see why I can't get the darts done, buttons and holes, sleeves and collar, finish the edge, and then the skirt at the very least started. I love long weekends.
