Saturday morning I woke up WAY too damn early and had fallen back asleep, and was dreaming about being a personal food source for a vampire/werewolf? When my roommate knocked on and opened my door and asked if I was up. She NEVER does that, so when I finally dragged myself out of that stupor, and saw she had also messaged asking if I was up, I ran into her room. Her mom (who lives on the east coast) had been taken to the hospital early in the morning and she had just found out that she had a non-cancerous brain tumor. Mama P had woken up and found she couldn't move or feel most of her left side. She has since been admitted to the hospital proper and has had at least one MRI (she was scheduled for another one today), where it was discovered that the tumor is the size of a LEMON. Y'all, do you know how big a lemon is?? And compared to the size of your brain????? WHAT THE FUCK. She's had issues before with weakness and pain on her left side and gone to both the hospital and her doctor, and they've always been like "IDK, stress?" So it was a long weekend of supporting my roommate bc this shit is fucking scary and of course we're several thousand kilometers away and there's nothing we can DO, even if we were local. So now we are low-key planning for her to be away for awhile in the near future while her mom is in recovery from whatever treatment plan they come up with.

IN OTHER NEWS. Friend and I finished watching Bridgerton together, and we are deep in our feels over fandom stuff. Yesterday, my friend of the January Drama posted 2 WIPs for our favourite pairing, plus someone else from our discord finished a chapter of their fic and posted it. It was such a good day for fanfic.

This weekend i am going to my friend's house for a sewing day. I'm so excited. Really need to plan what I'm doing though.
