totchipandaFINISHED THE RUFFLE OVERLAY omg.
I have to go get bias tape before I can really finish the bustle, but I finished the entire overlay this afternoon. OMG. what a nightmare! BUT, it looks amazing :D
My back hurts from sitting on the floor to pin all the ruffles to the overlay though x_X
