I decided the best thing to do for my identity crisis is just push forward. So I am going to make a thing that I planned to do in November last year. I also plan to work on a new dress too.
I thought my Janome was still broken. I went to make some buttonholes on a dress I made last year, but they wouldn't work, so I took it back. Turns out I had adjusted the stitch width down when I was making my pieces for the dance recital in March and forgot to switch it back. Oops. So yesterday I made all my buttonholes and then stitched the buttons on. Yay!
I'm having a frustrating internet experience this afternoon, what with shomi not playing nice on any platform I try to watch it on, having to reset my XBox live password, and then people just being bloody annoying and mansplainy, so time to shut it down and sew.
