(no subject)

Im not a fan of winter right now. It snowed a good 6" on Friday and then a bit more on Saturday. It was soft and fluffy and utterly shit at retaining structural integrity. I newrly got stuck at my work parking lot, almost couldn't get out of my home spot on Saturday, and then did get stuck trying to get into it today. Im lucky someone came out and helped me push it out so i could park it properly. Not looking forward to this song and dance tomorrow.

In sewing news Ive been finishing up my market hat. The inside binding got done, i hemmed a strip for poofs and attached them, took a break for dinner and poured boiling water all over my hand (sigh), hemmed some more strips, and am now making a bow to put on the front and then it will be really done.

Habit waistcoat needs buttonholes and buttons. Need to pick up a bunch of thread soon. And buttons.

Saturday is a fitting day. Kinda excited about it :)
