Very little happened over the past week. I finished the combos, they just need buttons attached. I was about to start patterning the shirt, but Guido came downstairs to yell at me, so I ended up napping with him instead. I napped a lot over the weekend, it was nice.

This week I was covering for my coworker in my old role, and it was a very steep learning curve. I haven't done this role in over a year! The processes were a little different before people were back in the office, and since I wasn't notified until Monday afternoon, I had no time to revisit with my coworker. I def messed up a bunch. I was worried about the phone aspect for a couple of reasons so of course I was very anxious and didn't sleep well. Every evening was at least 2 hours lost to napping.

Why are victorian-era mens' shirts so damn long! All of the drafts are 34-36". Even accounting for my height, that's most of the way to my knees. Did everyone walk around with bulgy hips from their shirts tucked into the pants? I should maybe look into teenage boys' drafts, that would be more appropriate for this shorty mcshorterson. I think knocking 10" off will still be long enough to feel like a man's shirt and stay tucked in.

A part of me wants to make a ladies' version of the suit too. So many of the drafts include directions on how to make the excessively puffy sleeves. I love it heheh.
