Still tired
Mar. 14th, 2023 08:16 amBC why sleep? Sleeping is a thing that does not happen in this house. (I was tired enough to try and nap on my lunch break, to no avail, and when I did go to bed at 1030-ish, I slept for about an hour and woke up. UGH.)
Finished sewing the gathering on the hemd. I decided to throw it over my head and see how it "fit" without the gussets or anything in place. And... I think it's still gonna be a bit tight in the armscye, just from the way the fabric lays around the body. More annoyingly, the sleeves will be too short. GRRRR.
I started to stitch some smocking with doubled black silk thread but... it's definitely an early attempt lol.
