(no subject)

I puttered around the house for a bit yesterday, took a nap, made myself breakfast (is it really breakfast at 1:30 though?) and started prepping for dinner (I needed cold rice). Then just as I was about to go downstairs and do the damn thing, a fanfic I've been eagerly following updated, so of course I had to read that. Eventually I gave up on pretending like I was going to sew anything. I took some things downstairs (projects, patterns, etc) and otherwise knitted. And took another nap.

Headed south for a convention this weekend. Roomie M was excited for one guest in particular, who cancelled just this morning. She's very sad of course, and she's absolutely allowed to be. We're still going to have a good time though. It'll be good to get out of the city and indulge our nerdery and relax in our very swanky hotel. (The downside is that I will still be in the middle of the bloody revolution, which may or may not have started just today, but at least the worst of the days will be over with by the time we leave.)
