ZOMG. I SWEAR, there is a long commercial on CTV aboput their shows (#1 drama, #1 reality, #1 comedy, etc) and just after the comedy section is played, there is a small scene with a man in a band, and then I swear its the same man wearing a suit, who comedically rips open all of his shirts.

I SWEAR that this man is David Tennant :O BUT I don't even know what show it is and IMDB is no help....
