Animethon has come and gone. I think it was a pretty fun weekend :) It was great to see all the people I normally hang with at cons (and sometimes only at cons; sadface) and meet some new ones. I'm glad my commissionee liked his costume and that it had a positive reaction from the populace at large, even though I really, really, really should have had it done a lot sooner than I did. This was also the first con that I did not get a raging migraine at! Hooray!

Now to plan for Vancouver and AE :D I still don't know if I have the time off yet, but I'm going to act like I do, since even if I can't go, it's not like I've pre-regged or anything. Positive thoughts! We have to get some decent pictures of my costume, even thought I haaaaate posing....

I don't know if you saw him; he was wearing Van from the Escaflowne movie. (Basically, blue shorts, red sash and a furry kilt)

A furry kilt XD (http://www.anime-universe.com/Pictures/van-sketch.jpg) It was my favourite part, admittedly :D (it also took me so long because I had to make the armor and straps and things, when I normally only make clothing, but I still should have started sooner) I think Debbie might have some from the camera, but there's software issues or something >.>

stoopid sony and their compatibility issues :/ (although, Allan managed to extract things, and I simply don't know if they were only having trouble with the video or the whole disc...)
