Writer's Block: Smoked Out

I think I mostly walk on by, with some scorn mixed in. Smoking is a choice. You chose to start smoking, you could choose to stop. I won't condemn you for smoking, but don't expect me to sympathize when you have to stand outside in the cold and wet to do it. I have to stand out here too, AND I have to inhale your unfiltered habit. Thanks.
And a big shout-out to my smoking homies who are considerate and try to keep it away from my general direction <333 ILU.

Date: 2008-11-21 03:39 pm (UTC)I do get irritated when they all crowd RIGHT around the front door, though. They are supposed to be a few yards from the door, aren't they? What's the point of it being banned inside if you half to be immersed in a cloud of it just to enter a restaurant/bar?
I smoked, briefly, and will occasionally enjoy a clove cigarette, but I attempt to be the absolute height of courtesy where others are concerned.
