I spent a couple of satisfying hours rearranging my sewing room today. It's not perfect yet, but I've at least stacked the "normal" boxes in one corner (well, along a wall, really) and the sewing boxes in the other (really, in front of the normal ones). The downside right now is that I have nowhere to put a table. I also want to get a salesman rack to store costumes, since I no longer have a second closet to keep them in. There's a big empty space in the middle but I don't want to lose it for the table... Also partially because the table has a leg that's not terribly stable, I'd rather throw it up against a wall and protect it from two adventurous kitty cats and my 2 year old nephew.

I'm also starting to ponder which novel to start editing this year :3 I have four complete ones, two of which are missing a couple of scenes and an ending (one of those is the one I just finished writing a week ago).

Also trying to decide which costumes to make/work on first :D I should do a bodice for the time-traveller's ball at the end of the month, actually. But after that? Who knows!

Note to self: register for Sakuracon soon.

I'm not staying in a hotel overnight, though...because I'm bringing the chibi with me. :3 If we can pull it off she's going to dress up as Lizzie from Black Butler which means totally adorable dress. She's going to be SO DAMN CUTE.

But we'll totally hang out in the hotel anyway. XD

I know right? Too damn long by any estimation. We can be our own little Black Butler group. Although I'm still trying to figure out how to get a wig to stay on the munchkin's head. I hope an adult one tightened as far as it will go will work; I can't find a child's wig that isn't a cheap piece of shit and her hair is a) not long enough and b) not blond enough to pull that one off.

Dude, I got another cosplay for you that involves glasses. Go read Homestuck. (http://www.mspaintadventures.com) There's a damn awesome girls' outfit in there (eventually) for a character that has glasses. I hope this wig works out too, I'll be pulling my hair out otherwise.
