Meet Beatrice

OMG YOU GAIS. My old boss offered up her old sewing machine for free. She had bought it second hand in 1976. It goes forwards and backwards. She found a zipper foot purchased for it in a sewing box. I was the first person to claim it and I'm sooooo happy I did. I am absolutely going to put up a full blog post about her on the near future because she is really special. I named her Beatrice.

I found:
-side bobbin winder
-side/bottom loading bobbin
-separate plugs for presser foot and power cord (two-prong non-grounded)
-serial number on the bottom

The serial number indicates a manufacturer date of 1956.
