totchipandaI brought my book with me while I'm house-sitting. I want to make ALL the dresses! The trouble is some of these require redonk quantities of fabric - one is 18.5 yards of 48". Ouch! Most f what I have I know is in more like 3-5m lengths. I made Evangeline out 4m, but I definitely didn't have enough to make an over akirt, never mind trim it. It wasnt meant to be trimmed, but if I want to make something similar, I wouldnt be able to do it with so little fabric.
The other downside to doing this while I'm house-sitting is the lack of supplies and fabric to play with lol. Tomorrow I'm going to bring some knitting, and perhaps I'll bring my tracing paper and the like as well. My friend has waaaay more space than I do!
Also, I believe there is more diving on the Olympics tomorrow... >:3
