More anxiety

Im taking a step back from social media as i get my brain shit sorted out. Some changes are brewing at work and im just a wreck, and its reached a point where i dont think therapy would help me as consistently as medication would. So, im going to make an appointment with my doctor soon. Because this is ridiculous and there are no bears on my doorstep, but i cant get over that in the moment.
