totchipandaThe part came! The tech came! He spent 2.5 hours rebuilding the busted piece!
And it's still broken.
I tried to send a large job through and it jammed pretty much immediately. We got the jam clear and now it won't even print a single piece of paper. It gives the same error code over and over and over, and apparently the only person in the entire province who knew anything about this machine left the company in November. And there isn't likely to be anyone else because, according to the tech, the machine is out of production and is difficult to find parts for.
