Told ya' posting would be boring AF while I prep for moving lol.

M moved out yesterday, mostly. Their new place is SO CLOSE to my work that I was going to walk over after I was done and help her put her bed back together. But she forgot the screws in a bag at the townhouse, so I went home, where they met me and we loaded up a few more things into J's car. J had an extra terrible Monday and hadn't slept until pretty much sunrise on Tuesday, so he was exhausted. I, still being fond of them, drove over to help put the bed together and then went back home lol.

I thought i might do laundry so I could finish packing up my room, and in the end did not. I packed the living room stuff while my dinner was cooking, although the box is VERY heavy and I think I will need to repack it when I have smaller ones available. So tonight I will do laundry to finish that part of packing.

Still to do:

Thought I was mostly done the sewing stuff, but there is about another box's worth that could and should be packed up.

Bedroom bookshelves. Need a smaller box for this too.

LEGO. One of them is the Razor Crest, and I am EXTREMELY tempted to photo it on the grass, then break it apart and photo the pile of bricks on the grass. Season 1 vs Season 2 lol

Kitchen. Smaller boxes again. I packed up as many non-breakables as I could. The rest need padding, or will still be used over the next few days.

Bathroom. Sames. Stuff I need and will pack up probably Friday night or Saturday morning.

Take apart the bed frame. Considering sleeping on the floor just so I can have this done before my helpers arrive.

Garage. Have barely looked in here. I think most of my stuff is contained, at least. The rest is my friend's stuff that she didn't take when she moved 3 years ago.

There is always more to do than you think there is, so I'm sure more will come!

Perhaps more than a little bit of that (whistles). I do feel bad for her daughter and son-in-law, bc they have to help her-slash-spend more time with her, and I get to now peace out of 95% of interactions with her, but for the vast majority, I do not care. The carpets should be replaced (they are 14+ years old), the main walls require a professional painter (the highest point of the ceiling was probably 18 feet), there's just so much work that needs to be done that I can't be assed to care about it. Neener neener!
