Sophie and Calcifer gave me a repeat performance of their opera on the way home, it was so funny. Also funny is their shaved bellies! The incisions are quite small, and held together with a glue? No stitches anyway, and they were not given cones so I was extra glad I decided to stay home and make sure they didn't open themselves back up. As of this morning their bellies look good and they've had the last dose of pain meds. Not that any of this stopped them from doing most of their usual antics. There was wrasslin' and some very valiant attempts at jumping onto surfaces they normally accomplish with ease.

Work was apparently a shit show yesterday and boss threw it all over me (similar to her outburst in July), but I'm better prepared now to handle it. I offered to come in and she declined so... Curious what my site bosses have to say since both of them messaged me to ask if I was at work, after I emailed the day before saying I'M NOT IN TOMORROW and one of them replied lol.

Quiet day. Spent most of it on the couch with kittens in my lap and crocheting. Did some laundry in the afternoon. Took a nap. Later wondered why my elbow (and now shoulder) hurt. Dude, the crocheting. No one is meant to sit in one place for hours doing that lol.

Apparently my Teams status was showing me as online and going "busy" when I had something on my calendar, so they were just making sure I wasn't there lol.
