Definitely have something setting up shop in my body. Yesterday it was exhaustion, today it's kind of all in the back of my sinuses.

Read a book a series in about... 3 days, mostly because I dilly-dallied on the first book and then slammed through the next two in approximately 27 hours (broken up by sleep and work). It was the Folk of the Air series by Holly Black (The Cruel Prince, The Wicked King, and Queen of Nothing), which, while often reading like the typical mid-teens YA fantasy book, surprised me right up to the end. I enjoyed it very much! Now I have a modern lit book to read in the next couple of days until my preordered book, a new series set in Sabaa Tahir's Embers world, arrives. Once I go into that world, I'm not coming out for a bit. So many books to read, so little time.

Made myself soup the other night, and while it was a-cookin', I laid out my fabric and cut the skirt. It has not been touched since though, being that I finished eating at 8-something and it was the night I was exhausted so I felt it best not to make any decisions about *anything*. Perhaps tonight, if I feel up to it. I don't have any thread in the right shade of green, but perhaps one of the dark greys or deep browns will be OK. Perhaps I will head out to the store to get the right shade. IDK yet.

Made a tentative plan to sew with a friend this weekend. My next event is a little over a month away, I am running out of time to make stays and a gown. And I still need to find a moment to visit someone with a Cricut to make the lettering for Don's project, I'd like to get it to him for next week.
