Credit cards wrecked me, too. I was frivolous in my 20s and wracked up more than I could repay, and it haunted me for nearly 20 years. I only just got out of my last bit of it last year, and the relief has been enormous! I'm so happy for you, I know just how awful being hampered by debt can be.
