totchipandaYesterday was a great, chill day mostly at home. I took Susan in to get the perpetually flattening tire dealt with (happened immediately after my near miss on the freeway, so I was pretty sure that as the last tire to get the force of my swerving, it had either come a bit off the rim or the valve was damaged, or something) and the closer it approached 45 mins the better I felt about it being an easy fix, and it was. The seal had come loose, so they remounted and resealed it. All good now!
Home for a few hours while I finished up my cheesy show and made a couple more layouts in the journal. One more week to complete, then some of the "extras". I did end up working on it while at M's place on tuesday night, but not very much.
Haircut is done, and holy cow it's so short and different from anything i've done before. I like it though! I put my bonnet on to sleep and it was nice not having my hair smashed into the back of my head all night. The stylist and I got along great (it's the second time I've seen her so I already knew this) and I'm thrilled. At home I was suddenly EXHAUSTED and took a 90 minute nap oops. Still managed to fall asleep at a reasonable hour.
Tonight M and I are going to see Scream the OG at a local cinema that does these sorts of showings all the time. My period finally started for real so... this is gonna be an interesting night for me lol. Tomorrow I expect I'll be at the other building alone while my body sheds its interiors (but A+ for being ALONE), then a long weekend for Thanksgiving! Even though I'll bet at my friends' place with her doggo, I won't get a lot of SEWING done, I expect, I'll have to check with her how much time I can spend in the basement away from him, but I surely will get a lot of knitting and cross stitch done!
