I like the parts that say that the owner has to provide:
ensure that the plumbing system and facilities are working and are maintained (recent, but OMG)
provide screens for windows and other ventilation (one room has no screen, but I've never complained about that)
and my personal favourite:
ensure cooking and refrigeration equipment is provided and maintained when I have complained about the fridge many time SINCE I MOVED IN.
So, in short, the owners SUCK.
I think I will go upstairs tomorrow and find out for myself wtf is going on here.
