Streak broken
Jan. 27th, 2023 08:35 pmAlas! Well the week didnt really improve. I woke up at 245 that night, 115 the night after, and 330 this morning. Y'all, i am tired. And im pretty sure im dying, my body is a mess*.
*my body is menstruating.
So no sewing these past couple days. I just could not. Only a little bit of knitting. I had decided what projects to take to the P&P showing (the two current knitting projects, and the silk for ruffles for a pair of petticoats), but another fun svent these past two days has been scratchy + tension when i swallow. It could be nothing-- the weather changed drastically over the last week and it could just be sinus drainage-- but in the interest of being super cautious just in case, im not going.
When i say the weather changed... our annual January melt complete with freezing rain happened. It was as warm as 4C/37F yesterday morning, and today it dropped to about -14C/8F. So the melt could have set off some allergies, bc it was also fucken wimdy so of course there was dirt and leaves flying around (my neighbour's tree still has its leaves, somehow), and now ita cold again which is like having your breath stolen.
