There is a Volks showroom literally blocks away from our hotel. Nicole now especially wants her birthday present to be from there ^^; ( which, btw, it was her birthday yesterday, so if you know her, go wish her happy birfday XD)

We picked a good hotel, Shilo :D

AH! will do :D I went looking at clothes and things last night. I balk at paying $80 for an outfit on the website, but in the store I bet my tune will change XD it's different when walking into a store and purchasing something with currency :3

I think it's very different, too XD Buying something that expensive from a website versus store... very different. In the store, you can see if it actually fits, too! XD

I figured that you'd find someplace that sold stuff. Shinjuku is a good, central shopping place. ^_^ b Like I said, pack an empty bag in your suitcase, you'll need it.

What hotel are you staying at?

The Studio Alta shop is the easiest to find, it's like, top (or second top?) floor in Studio Alta, right by the JR Shinjuku train station East Exit.
There's another shop in Shinjuku that tends to have more DD and 1/6 size stuff and models, but it's not really worth the trouble to find it, IMHO.

Shinjuku Listel. It's apparently a 15-20 minute walk from Shinjuku station (which is no biggy to me, I walk that every day to work).

If its mostly DD and 1/6th, I probably wouldn't bother anyway, as I have neither ^^; I plan on coming home with a fuckton of used CDs anyway.
