OK, that wasn't as bad as I was expecting.

The phone line died on Wednesday, but it was fixed today. The guy I spoke to last night was incredibly unhelpful, but Coralee this morning was very nice.

Man, you're lucky. It took me a 5 weeks to get my phone line.

Getting it set up when I moved was a pain, but this was just a random outage x_X It was out for about 2 days for no good reason and it took three phone calls to find out why.
