Sep. 17th, 2008 11:44 pm... I totally had stuff to say, and now I can't remember it. Pah.
So~!! Insert here an obligatory rant about how much my girly bits hate me ;_; IT HURTS. A LOT.
Himechan is slowly getting to where I want her... I just installed Service Pack 3 and Photoshop. Next up, mIRC and SlowView. I couldn't get the wireless to connect properly, but Allan fixed it for me tonight :)
I sank to a new low yesterday and I read Twilight. (But, you'll be happy to know that I borrowed a copy, and I will not spend money on the books.) I finished it in about 6 hours ^^; If I turned off my brain a bit, it was actually a rather enjoyable read. It really reminded me of the vampire romance novel I wrote in 2003 (except, you know, without the gayness), and since I finished it while on my break at work, I could hardly wait to come home and read my old "manuscript" (I suppose I should call my nano-works that, since that's what they technically are...). And it's also kinda funny, since if THAT drivel could get published... and also how whenever I mention novel-writing, people invariably ask about publishing... Even though that is NOT a major drive behind my writing. I just like to write.
But, they are not "dust moats". That was hilarious.
I dunno... it's a bit of a weird night for me. I spent the evening pissing about on the internet and updating the computers rather than working on my sewing projects. I really have to finish them soon, less than a month until my self-imposed cut-off date.
