Whaa? Which episode? I only recently saw Cesar's show, so I may have seen it without knowing who he was.

Something about a finger being found nearby, and then it involved a dog who killed the finger's owner (?) and Bones was going to adopt him but he was put down because he was "dangerous" and she was rather emotional about it.
