totchipandaSpent most of today just pissing about the internet. I had a headache yesterday and a total of 600mg of ibuprofen and 1000mg of Tylenol in the house, short of cold medication. It still isn't gone, but I am flat-ass broke, at least until tomorrow. I took $100 in savings bonds out and my GST cheque came today, and I should hooooopefully see my latest foot-related purchase in the mail soon too...
Anyway, I guess around 4:30 or so I was looking for a pattern in my closet. I haven't found it yet, if it's even in my apartment at all, but I pulled about 8 boxes out of the closet and emptied all but 2 of them... Very proud of myself :) I'm recycling a loooooooot of my old artwork and writings from Junior High on. I just flipped through them briefly, there's very little I care to read again. There was a looooooooooooooot of self-inserts into things I was reading at the time, like Pern (73 hand-written pages!), and Jurassic Park... still haven't re-found the bad Vampire Chronicles stuff, though I did find some of the "original" piece I did.
Of course, my floor is a disaster with "stuff to give away/sell on eBay" but hey. I emptied at least 6 boxes!
Anyway, I also found some letters, and it made me kind of nostalgic for "those days", and I also found some stationary, so if anyone wants a letter, just say so, and I'll post you one :)
