Lunch time musings

totchipandaNow that my con is over, the next one is in 6 or 7 weeks. I get to sew for myself for the next little while yaaaay! So today for lunch I am making a list of the things I want to make. Most of them are in the "when am I even going to wear this?" category, and I have to shout that voice down. It doesn't matter that I have no place or event or people to wear it to/with. I want to be sewing, therefore I need to commit to doing it. Some of these have been on the list for at least 3 years and I still want to make them but have been waffling about their construction, or whatever else I end up waffling about.
I don't know if I'll post my list or if I'll just leave it for me to look at, but I will put this out there: in anticipation of being able to attend cons next year (can't commit, though), I have made a decision about my "big" project, which will be an extra-fancy Victorian gown. That is literally all I have decided on -- year, Colour, style, etc are all up to the birds still.
