I have 5k left of my novel to write, and about 800 comments to leave :D i (like y'all) love having so many things to read! I got in trouble for having my phone out at work and i want to spend my lunches knitting or else id be more on top of all the writing lol.

So since apparently everyone wants to make drama about thr American Duchess book, heres mine: Amazon wont bloody deliver it!!!
Tuesday?: order book. Its out of stock. Well ok, im writing a novel anyway.
Thursday night: its in stock! Eta wednesday! Yay! Just in time for the end of novel writing!
Friday: book shipped! Eta Monday! (kermit flail) yaaaaaay!!
Sunday, 8:47pm: we tried to deliver but the business was closed. We'll try again next business day. Bwuh? 9pm on a sunday?? Amazon you are wrecking everyone's expectations of shipping times.
Monday: no book. Sadface, but novel...
Tuesday: still no book >:C yeah novel but GIMME MY BOOK DAMNIT

I let my courier guy know, we'll see...

Cuz yeah, im excited about patterns for accessories. I dont gave to do math on a split bum? Fantastic! Frilly caps? Sign me up! Finding out the name of the weird running whipstitch thingy for gown backs? Be still my heart!!

I have more thoughts about the drama, but since im hearing about it all second hand, ill save that for a non-novel day whwn i have a keyboard. My screen keeps flipping and updating in a tiny web browser is weird cyz the app stopped working lol

Seriously! I'm following a thread on another forum that is all about the creative (or not) ways Amazon carriers hide their packages. It's entertaining lol.

There's been some doozies. And in this case, the silliness of the delivery time is directly proportional to how much I want the thing. Sigh.
