Friday we finished watching Schitt's Creek, which is a very delightful comedy show which fits perfectly into my 5 year+ quest of reducing the amount of violence I consume.

Saturday I took my sibling to the thrift store where I picked out a modern waistcoat and green wool blazer for myself. The blazer is too big/long, if I scootch it up to where the waist fits better, I have several inches tented over my shoulders, but I bought it for the sole intent of taking it apart anyway, and its 100% wool. And very unstructured, from what I can feel through the layers. Spent the rest of the day getting going on the sweater sleeve, so it is now fully underway and I have 2 decreases done.

Sunday was more knitting and a mix of TV watching. All of the days were peppered with Animal Crossing breaks. I caught a couple new fish and I think one bug. My roommate found a seasonal guide to what we can catch especially in the depths of winter, and I'm only missing a handful of them at this point.

My thumb is getting better, it's almost completely fine to put pressure on again, though I'm avoiding direct pressure over the bruise, and will resist trimming the nail for as long as I can.

This upcoming weekend typically marks the time of year when I feel the worst, so we shall see how that goes now that I'm on storebought neurotransmitters. But it's a long weekend! And I put in the request for my staycation next month to bridge the days between this weekend and Easter! Things to look forward to :3

You are not the only person to tell me that the family (and others) experienced positive growth but I just ... couldn't.
