You're making really nice progress. Is the bird thing a magnet to hold your needle?

Thanks! Yes, its not very powerful and i still lose the needle a fair bit, but it does its job well enough. Plus its cute :D

Ohhhhh is THAT what they're for, holding needles on embroidery/related work? I put mine on my shirt when doing fittings. That is a *much* more sensible use.

I mean, you can use them however works best for you ;) As I said, I don't find it strong and I'm always losing my needle (and it's my *only* needle), but it's pretty handy and also REALLY CUTE. Chickadees are my favourite.
