Farscape

Two weeks ago I finished watching The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air on Netflix. It was so good :) I enjoyed it so much and the storyline has held up over the years even though the fashions did not (oh the early 90s! How I wish o didn't remember you!)

I was a bit at a loss as to what to watch next. I have quite a few series saved up and have started a couple of them but they tend to be ones I want to be able to pay a little more attention to. I've been to calgary twice in 2 weeks and driving 600km round trip has been playing merry hell on my wrists. I started a hand-sewn jacket (with silk thread! Oooooh it's so nice to sew with!) but I can barely do two seams before my thumb is aching so bad I have to wrap it (and my whole hand) in a tensor :( So not much sewing going on atm, and thus prime TV-bingeing.

So I picked a series I hadn't marked for watching but had heard was good. I saw part of one episode of Farscape what fells like a hundred years ago. We only watched 10 or 15 minutes before other stuff was happening but what I saw wasn't terrible, and I'd heard it was pretty good from others. Well it was trending on Netflix and keeping in mind that people who have generally good taste in sci-fi series liked it, decided I would give it a shot.

To say I am enjoying it is an understatement.
Rambles and spoilers up to season 3 )

I'm loving this show so so so much. I can't believe I waited this long to watch it. It's broken my heart twice already and I'm sure it's gonna be broken at least twice more. Amazing.
